Badger Biomedical is able to perform calibration, validation and maintenance

services on a large variety of equipment. We can also provide consulting services on

equipment related issues and related quality systems. Depending on the exact piece

of equipment, we are capable of providing some or all of the above services.

>> Calibration

Globalization and regulations have made measurement accuracy and traceability critical to the operations of many healthcare and

scientific organizations. Proper calibration of your equipment can have a direct impact on the quality of your products, validility of your

research and testing data and safety to your customers and staff. Badger Biomedical has the expertise and test equipment to properly

calibrate a broad scope of instrumentation in your facility. We know how to do it right the first time so your documentation can satisfy

even the most stringent auditors, while not breaking the bank. All of our metrology standards are traceable to international standards

through a National Metrology Institute (NMI). National Institution of Standards and Technology (NIST) is one such NMI, located in

Gaithersburg, Maryland.

>> Validation

As a company gets closer to commercialization of their technology, regulations require varying degrees of validation (qualification) of

process and equipment. Badger Biomedical can provide your facility with invaluable expertise on what needs to be done to produce the

proper documented evidence that your equipment is operating as specified by the Manufacturer and your process requirements. We can

meet your validation needs at any stage in the process. Whether you need assistance in protocol generation, execution of OQ\PQ tests

(functional testing, temperature mapping, etc.) using the proper equipment, or help with revalidating repaired or modified equipment Badger

Biomedical can get your equipment in to a validated state.

>> Maintenance

There is nothing more frustrating than having your necessary capital assets inoperable and costing you lost revenue. Further, regulatory

requirements dictate many industries to maintain their equipment in good condition in order to produce products that are safe and have

consistent identity, strength, quality and purity. At Badger Biomedical, we understand these concerns and can help your facility keep

capital assets running and in compliance. We utilize our extensive knowledge base from servicing many different makes and

manufactures of equipment to keep your equipment running as it was intended. Badger is very familiar with the costs associated with

purchase and maintenance of sophisticated healthcare and scientific equipment. We pride ourselves in our ability to maintain our clients’

legacy equipment well past the point when manufacturers’ support has ended. There will also be no pressure from us to purchase the

latest and greatest model with bells and whistles you don’t need. We will give you honest feedback on the status of your equipment and

when we feel it is no longer able to be maintained economically or as current regulations require.

>> Consulting

Constantly changing laws and budgets are making it increasingly difficult to hire and retain the necessary staff to meet your organizations'

needs. It can be especially difficult to find local candidates who have the knowledge and skills required to maintain very specialized

healthcare and scientific equipment. In addition to providing full equipment support services, Badger Biomedical can also provide labor

only support. We can integrate with your current staff to assist your organization on large expansion projects, ISO certification, Audit

response or simply fill the void of a lost employee until the appropriate candidate is found. Our staff and associates are very used to

adapting to our clients’ specific needs, policies and procedures to ensure equipment related tasks are performed correctly and efficiently.

We can assist your facility and quality departments in calibration, validation and maintenance activities on facility and laboratory

equipment. We can also assist in drafting and reviewing SOPs, validation protocols, facility and equipment drawings, etc. Our staff has

experience working in regulated environments (GMP, ISO 13485, etc.) and can put that knowledge to work for you.
